We are thrilled to be expanding the BEN Colorado community with our newest Signature Program Entrepreneur, Karen Hertz, the visionary founder of Holidaily Brewing Company.

Holidaily Brewing Company is leading industry innovation as the largest certified gluten-free brewery in the United States, with distribution across nine states (and counting). Karen's dedication to crafting delicious, gluten-free beer has filled a niche gap in the beverage industry while offering a safe option to gluten-sensitive beer lovers.  

Karen recently hosted the Holidaily Brewing Company Session at her brewery in Golden, Colorado. BEN Advisors Jamie Adler, Cindy Bedard, Bill Capsalis, Jeff Kelley, Ellen Robinson, Monisha Saldanha, and Andy Shober came together to share their expertise, helping Karen explore strategies and opportunities to position Holidaily as a category leader in the brewing industry. 

After an engaging and productive session, Karen took the team on a behind-the-scenes tour of her state-of-the-art facility. The tour highlighted Holidaily's commitment to quality and innovation, showcasing the meticulous processes that ensure their beers are both gluten-free and full of flavor.
