Introducing Erin Fletter of Sticky Fingers Cooking®: BEN Signature Program Entrepreneur

Sticky Fingers Cooking BEN Colorado Signature Program

At BEN Colorado, we have the privilege of working with entrepreneurs who are redefining industries, solving meaningful problems, and scaling businesses that create real impact. Erin Fletter, the founder of Sticky Fingers Cooking®, is no exception. A serial entrepreneur, five-time cookbook author, and expert in the food and wine industry for 30 years, Erin has built a company that not only teaches kids the joy of cooking but also empowers women entrepreneurs through a thriving franchise model.

Founded in 2011, Sticky Fingers Cooking® blends hands-on cooking experiences with interdisciplinary learning, introducing children to global flavors, fresh ingredients, and lessons in math, geography, and food history, one delicious dish at a time. The company has taught over 200,000 students and is built on the belief that food has the power to bring people together.

More than just a cooking school, Sticky Fingers Cooking® has created business ownership opportunities for women and underrepresented entrepreneurs. With 80% of franchise owners being women, 60% people of color, and 10% military veterans, Erin has crafted a company that not only delights children but also supports diverse business ownership.

BEN Colorado Advisors Bill Capsalis, Paige Goss, Will Lee-Ashley, Andrew Pudalov, Andy Shober, and Kent Sorrells offered their expertise and asked poignant questions, leaving Erin with a lot to digest as she considers possible avenues for growth throughout the Signature Program this year.

We are excited to see where Erin takes Sticky Fingers Cooking® next and look forward to supporting her journey throughout the year!
