With over six years of experience at the Bridge Entrepreneurs Network (BEN), Alicia began her journey as a Marketing & Events Fellow and swiftly ascended to the role of Head of Ecosystem & Partnerships. Throughout her tenure, she played a pivotal role in shaping BEN's ecosystem, leading efforts in programming enhancement, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving brand evolution.

Now, as a marketing consultant for BEN, Alicia continues to apply her diverse skill set in guiding businesses on their branding journey. With a keen eye for design, strategic vision, and a knack for fostering meaningful connections, she oversees the marketing and branding materials, infusing them with creativity and impact.

Beyond her consulting role, Alicia is deeply engaged in her entrepreneurial pursuits. As the Co-Founder & Event Director of Another Gallery, an art gallery/event space opened in 2022 by her and her husband, she brings her experience from years of supporting entrepreneurs at BEN to the forefront of her own venture.
